SimpleSudokuSwipe is a Sudoku game developed and published by the developer of the SimpleSudokuSwipe application ("we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information Stored by the App

SimpleSudokuSwipe stores game information locally on your device, including:

• Current puzzle progress
• Selected difficulty
• Game history and elapsed time
• Games played, completed, or abandoned
• Best completion times

This information is used only to provide game functionality and statistics. It is not uploaded to a server controlled by us. Removing the app may remove this locally stored information.

Advertising and Third-Party Services

SimpleSudokuSwipe uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy and consent choices.

Subject to your location, device settings, and consent choices, Google and its advertising partners may process information including:

• IP address and approximate location
• Device and advertising identifiers
• App interactions and ad interactions
• Diagnostic, crash, and performance information
• Consent choices and advertising preferences

This information may be used to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services, prevent fraud, and, where permitted, personalise ads.

Consent and Legal Bases

Where required in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions, the app asks for consent before requesting advertising. Depending on the choices offered, processing may be based on consent or another legal basis described by Google and its advertising partners.

You may withdraw or change eligible consent choices using Privacy options in the app menu when that option is available. You may also manage advertising and tracking settings through your device settings.

Sharing Features

The app can create a puzzle image or completion message for sharing. Sharing occurs only when you choose to use the iOS share sheet. The selected destination service processes the shared content according to its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is replaced, reset, or the app is removed. Advertising data is retained by Google and its partners according to their respective policies and your consent choices.

International Data Transfers

Google and its advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. They are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards as described in their privacy documentation.

Children's Privacy

SimpleSudokuSwipe is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding privacy concerns.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

Game information stored by SimpleSudokuSwipe can generally be removed by deleting the app. Requests concerning data processed by Google should be made through Google's privacy controls or contact channels.
